Q. How will my package be shipped?
A. Small orders (and samples) may be shipped via Priority Mail, otherwise all orders are shipped via UPS Ground services.

Q. How long does it take to get duck soaps?
A. It normally takes 5 - 7 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) for your order to work fully through our processing system and be ready to ship. Shipping itself can take up to 5 additional business days depending on how far the order has to travel from our facility in Indiana.

Q. I'm buying some soaps, but want them shipped somewhere else,
is that a problem?
A. Not at all! We will still need "your" address information so that we can process your credit card, but there is a place on the shopping cart for "shipping" address, and you're welcome to have them shipped to another address!

Q. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A. Yes, we do, but we have to quote shipping costs for each order since the Post Office bases postage/shipping fees on total weight of the package. To give an accurate shipping quote we will need to know how many soaps and which design you'd like to order and where they will be going (England, Australia, etc.) Once we have that information we will email you a shipping quote so you know before you order exactly what the total cost will be.
